What You’ll Do
This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the shift. You must be able to lift 50lbs to a height of about 48” multiple times during the day. You’ll be standing; walking; using hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reaching with hands and arms. This role is performed standing all day. You’ll do a significant amount of walking, bending, lifting, grasping and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palms.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and placement of materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick, stage, and ship finished goods with precision
- Support production with light assembly when needed
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, aerial lifts, forklifts, and more (training/certification available!)
- Enter and manage transactions using Oracle shipping software
- Show up every day demonstrating Ruger’s Expected Behaviors
- Prior warehouse experience is great—but motivation and the right attitude go even further
- Comfort working with computers, especially Oracle and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and reliable data entry skills
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with your team
- A self-starter mindset, good listening skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
