Ruey Wellness is an elevated wellness studio offering refined spa treatments, sound therapy, movement classes, and intentional rituals designed for modern living. We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager / Wellness Director to lead operations, cultivate an exceptional client experience, and uphold the calm, high-touch standards of our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who brings polish, warmth, and operational excellence to a luxury wellness or hospitality environment.
The Studio Manager / Wellness Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the studio, ensuring seamless operations, thoughtful service, and a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.
You will be the steward of the Ruey experience—from first impression to lasting relationship.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all classes, appointments, and member services
- Lead, train, and support front desk staff, practitioners, and instructors
- Ensure a consistently elevated client experience
- Support membership growth, retention, and client relationships
- Address client feedback or concerns with discretion and care
- Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and retail standards
- Coordinate workshops, special events, and seasonal programming
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational systems
Skills
- 2 years of management experience in luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, boutique
- fitness, or related industries
- Strong leadership presence with a calm, service-oriented demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and team coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: OFF

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
