We are seeking a Front Desk / Client Experience Associate who brings warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to every guest interaction. Role Overview
Instructors at Ruey guide small, intentional reformer-based classes designed to support functional strength, athletic mobility, and core integration. You will lead sessions that feel technically precise, safe, and elevated while building meaningful relationships with members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality Reformer Pilates classes according to the studio schedule.
- Deliver technically precise, safe, and thoughtful instruction for mixed-level clients.
- Provide expert cueing, hands-on adjustments, and equipment safety guidance.
- Support proper reformer setup, spring tension checks, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with management on reformer-based programming and special events.
- Uphold Ruey’s service standards and studio etiquette.
Qualifications
- Valid Reformer Pilates Certification (Required).
- 2 year of teaching experience specifically on reformer equipment in a boutique or studio setting.
- Strong technical cueing, presence, and class management skills.
- Professional, punctual, and client-focused.
- Deep interest in functional strength, longevity, and the Pilates method.
- Ability to provide modifications and progressions for diverse physical needs
Compensation
- $50–$70 per class, depending on experience and class type

Schedule
