Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Blocked scheduling for consistency
- Ability to teach multiple class levels and formats
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-quality group reformer classes following Club Pilates standards
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts for up to 12 clients per class
- Instruct using a variety of equipment including Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, TRX, and more
- Create a welcoming and motivating class environment for all fitness levels
- Provide hands-on corrections and clear instruction to ensure proper form and safety
- Conduct private and semi-private sessions as needed
- Build relationships with members to support retention and community growth
- Support studio operations including light sales, member check-in, and retail promotion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
What We’re Looking For
- Full apparatus Pilates certification (450 hours or equivalent)
- Experience teaching group Pilates classes
- Strong ability to cue effectively and manage group flow
- Energetic, positive, and engaging teaching style
- Confident working with all fitness levels
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Comfortable learning studio systems (e.g., ClubReady)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
