Goals & Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and review site development plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater management
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to project team growth
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Assist in preparation of proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and design standards
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years of site development/land development experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred; E.I.T. required
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design software
- Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, and utility design
- Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
