What You’ll Do
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be the friendly face and organizational powerhouse of our corporate office. You’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly, makes sure details don’t slip through the cracks, and helps the team stay on top of their game. Think of yourself as the glue that holds us all together!
A typical day might include:
- Keeping calendars and schedules organized (so no one’s double-booked!)
- Creating and organizing docs, spreadsheets, and presentations in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Keeping office supplies stocked and organized
- Helping with onboarding and employee paperwork
- Pitching in with invoices and bookkeeping tasks
- Backing up cashiers if necessary
- Jumping in wherever needed—because no two days are exactly the same
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of office or administrative experience (preferred, but not required if you’re a quick learner)
- Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with QBO
- Experience with Avery and Adobe
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple priorities
- Positive attitude—you enjoy helping others and being a go-to resource
- A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
