What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager position at Husky Precision Inc?
Husky Precision Inc. is seeking a proactive individual poised for professional growth to join our team as the Front Office Coordinator. As a cornerstone of our machine shop, you'll be the primary liaison between our clients, vendors, and the production floor.
The ideal candidate possesses prior office experience, preferably within a machine shop environment, where familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous. While blueprint proficiency is preferred, it's not mandatory. Detail-oriented and adaptable, you thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking is the norm.
Your mornings will be abuzz with job processing and client/vendor interactions, ensuring seamless operations on the production floor. In the afternoons, you'll pivot to administrative tasks such as invoice processing, purchase order generation, and payroll management.
Proficiency in Excel is a must, while familiarity with Sage 50 or Peachtree would be advantageous. Accurate data entry skills are paramount, alongside the ability to interpret blueprints or at least an exposure to them.
