Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Driver Recruiter to join our team on-site in Murray, KY. In this key role, you will source, screen, and recruit qualified independent contractor truck drivers to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate leads for qualified CDL-A independent contractor drivers through cold calling, social media, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Pre-screen applicants to ensure they meet DOT regulations, company standards, and safety requirements
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, review applications, and perform initial background/MVR checks
- Communicate the benefits of contracting with Rudolph Freight, including our family-owned culture, consistent freight, and long-term opportunities
- Schedule orientations and onboarding for selected candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of independent contractor talent to support fleet growth
- Track recruiting metrics and work closely with operations and management teams to meet hiring goals
- Stay compliant with all federal, state, and DOT employment regulations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, friendly phone presence
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or the trucking industry is a plus, but not required — we train motivated candidates!
- Must be able to work on-site in Murray, KY (no remote option)
