Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of commercial spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Disinfect high-touch areas regularly to promote health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency and safety
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial environments preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Background check and drug test required.
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties efficiently
