About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) Director to lead the creation of an enterprise-wide learning strategy that transforms careers, strengthens our culture, and directly impacts the lives of the people we serve. Responsibilities

  • Shape RCC’s Learning Future – Lead the design and execution of a scalable L&D strategy aligned with our Vivid Vision, values, and ambitious growth goals.
  • Build a Culture of Growth – Embed learning, curiosity, equity, and accountability into every corner of the organization.
  • Create Impactful Learning Experiences – Design innovative, inclusive programs for onboarding, compliance, leadership, and career pathways.
  • Leverage Technology & Data – Implement a cutting-edge LMS, explore AI-driven solutions, and measure real business impact.
  • Develop People & Leaders – Identify talent gaps, build succession plans, and nurture leaders at every level.
  • Lead & Inspire – Supervise a talented L&D team, coach cross-functional trainers, and collaborate with leaders across HR, Program, and Quality Assurance.


Qualifications

  • A strategic L&D leader with 7 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Experienced in scaling programs that deliver measurable business results—ideally in human services, healthcare, or a 245D-licensed setting.
  • Skilled in adult learning principles, change management, and modern learning technologies.
  • A connector who can engage diverse audiences—from frontline staff to executives.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on turning vision into reality.


Required Skills
