Job Overview:
RUDIS is expanding its international presence, and we’re looking for a highly motivated International Wholesale Representative to drive sales, establish new partnerships, and grow our brand in key global markets. In this role, you will develop and execute international wholesale strategies, working closely with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners. The ideal candidate understands global sales strategies, international trade regulations, and has the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments to maximize revenue growth for RUDIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies tailored to regional market needs, ensuring RUDIS’s growth and expansion in global wrestling markets.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with international distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market data to identify top target countries and customer segments, working with Wholesale leadership to prioritize global sales opportunities.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing structures, and freight costs to optimize profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning.
- Manage international trade compliance, ensuring adherence to import/export laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team to optimize international logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Collaborate with the RUDIS Marketing Team to develop localized sales materials and advertising strategies that support international product launches.
- Lead sales forecasting and performance tracking, setting measurable goals and identifying success, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer issues proactively, handling product or delivery concerns to maintain strong international customer relationships.
- Prepare and present reports on international sales performance, identifying key trends, challenges, and expansion opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with products and/or deliveries.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 15 years of sales experience and 3 years of experience in International sales, preferably in the sports apparel, footwear, or related industries.
- Knowledge of trade regulations and shipping processes globally.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to travel to develop potential and existing customers.
