Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication with customers, sales teams, and overseas production offices
- Translate customer requirements into clear production instructions
- Place and manage orders with US and Southeast Asia factories
- Track production status and push for on-time delivery
- Manage time and action calendars across all projects
- Initiate and track samples, lab dips, and approvals
- Follow up on product specifications, quality standards, and testing deadlines
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and PLM systems
- Support sales with updates, timelines, and issue resolution
- Receive, organize, and manage incoming samples and packages
- Maintain sample library and development materials
- Support Product Development Managers and Directors on active projects
- 3 years experience in apparel, trims, packaging, or product development
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and deadline control
- Comfortable working across time zones with Asia-based teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Structured and organized working style
- Strong follow-up and accountability
- Experience with PLM or CRM systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Merchandising, or similar field preferred
