Position overview
The Ecommerce Manager will own the day-to-day management of the ecommerce business, including digital merchandising, platform operations, product launches, site optimization, and channel coordination. This person will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and creative teams to ensure that every digital touchpoint reflects the Rüdes Denim brand while supporting revenue growth and a strong customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the daily ecommerce operations across Shopify, Mirakl marketplace channels, and NuOrder wholesale accounts.
- Manage product setup and maintenance, including descriptions, pricing, tagging, imagery, inventory visibility, collections, and seasonal assortments.
- Oversee onsite merchandising for the Shopify storefront, including homepage updates, collection pages, navigation, filters, landing pages, and product detail presentation.
- Ensure all product information clearly communicates denim-specific details such as fit, rise, inseam, fabrication, stretch, and wash.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars, markdowns, and assortment updates across all digital channels. (You will work alongside VP for information).
- Monitor site performance and ecommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, sell-through, and return trends.
- Partner with marketing to align campaigns, email, paid media, and social traffic with optimized landing pages and product storytelling.
- Manage marketplace readiness and execution in Mirakl, including assortment updates, listing accuracy, pricing consistency, and issue resolution.
- Maintain organized and accurate product presentation in NuOrder to support wholesale selling, seasonal line visibility, and account readiness.
- Work closely with operations and customer service to support inventory accuracy, order flow, fulfillment, and returns.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, and revenue through merchandising, testing, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure digital assets and copy reflect the tone and visual identity of Rüdes Denim.
Platform knowledge required
- Shopify: Strong hands-on experience managing ecommerce storefronts, product catalogs, collections, navigation, apps, and merchandising workflows.
- Mirakl:Working knowledge of marketplace operations, product listing management, troubleshooting, and partner compliance.
- NuOrder:Experience managing wholesale assortments, digital showrooms, line sheets, and B2B presentation.
Qualifications
- 3 years of ecommerce management experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or premium denim.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, online consumer behavior, and conversion best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, operations, and creative.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into action.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and channel priorities.
- Familiarity with denim product attributes and the importance of fit, fabrication, and product storytelling.
- Experience with marketplace and wholesale digital tools is strongly preferred.
