About Pique

Pique is an industry-defining wellness company that operates at the leading edge of performance branding. Our products are grounded in science and nature, our brand is driven by passion and artistry, and our culture is shaped by high performance and individual agency.

Position Overview

We are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to drive on-site conversion rate, user experience, and product testing across Pique's Shopify storefront. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who lives in the data, ships A/B tests with rigor, and turns user insight into revenue-moving site improvements.

You will own the day-to-day cadence of CRO experimentation — running tests end-to-end from hypothesis to launch to read-out, partnering closely with web engineering, design, and analytics. You will contribute to the ecommerce roadmap or platform strategy and be the operational engine that makes the testing program move.

This role reports to the Associate Director of Growth and works closely with analytics, CRM, Creative, and the webdev team. The right candidate is analytical, fast-moving, and obsessed with the small UX decisions that compound into measurable conversion gains.

Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Plan, ship, and read out A/B and multivariate tests across PDPs, landing pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Maintain a documented testing backlog with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and statistical thresholds.
  • Translate test outcomes into shipped site improvements, not just slide decks.
  • Identify high-leverage CRO opportunities through funnel analysis, session replay review, and user feedback.

Site Experience & Product Testing

  • Execute the on-site product testing roadmap defined by the Associate Director of Growth — own delivery against it.
  • Partner with web engineering and design to ship tested experiences cleanly to production.
  • Maintain the on-site experimentation tooling (testing platform, analytics integration, segmentation) so experiments run reliably and read accurately.
  • Surface and prioritize bugs, performance regressions, and UX friction discovered through testing.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain weekly conversion rate reporting at the funnel-step level (PDP → ATC → Checkout → Purchase).
  • Pull and interpret data from Shopify, Source Medium, and Google Analytics to inform test prioritization.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations for the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor key product metrics — site CVR, AOV, subscription attach rate, page-level engagement — and flag anomalies proactively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work daily with web engineering to ship tests with minimal friction and high quality.
  • Partner with Creative and Design on landing page builds and PDP redesigns.
  • Coordinate with Acquisition and CRM teams to align on-site experiences with channel-level intent and lifecycle stage.
  • Document learnings so the testing program compounds over time, not just clears a queue.

User Research & Market Awareness

  • Gather qualitative user feedback (session replays, surveys, support themes) and synthesize into testable hypotheses.
  • Track competitor and category sites for emerging UX patterns worth testing.
  • Stay current on ecommerce experimentation methodology and tooling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ecommerce product, CRO, or experimentation experience at a DTC company.
  • Demonstrated track record of running A/B tests end-to-end and shipping measurable conversion improvements on Shopify or equivalent platform.
  • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable in spreadsheets, GA4, and pulling data to inform decisions. SQL fluency a plus.
  • Working understanding of statistical significance, sample size, and experiment design — you do not ship tests prematurely.
  • Experience partnering with web engineering teams, including offshore developers, to ship clean implementations.
  • Clear, concise communicator who turns data into decisions rather than dashboards.
  • Bias for execution. You ship more tests than you talk about.
  • Passion for the brand experience of a luxury wellness company.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and qualitative research methods.
  • Ability to receive and deliver radical candor — non-negotiable.
  • Enthusiasm for shaping a motivated, talented, and truth-seeking team culture, with a commitment to personal growth and organizational excellence.
