About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our two senior executives. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, deal-driven environment. This position is in-office 3–4 days per week, with occasional errands around the city.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to two executives
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and property packages
- Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Run local (NYC and Brooklyn) errands and site visits as needed
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive demeanor
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus
