This is a full-time, on-site position as an Accounting Professional located in Avon, MA. In this role, you will handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable management, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. Additional duties include preparing financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and assisting with audits. Collaborating with team members and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards will be key to your success in this role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and record-keeping tools
- Skill in reconciliation, budgeting, and analyzing financial data
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and efficient time management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit preparation (preferred experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the beverage distribution industry is a plus
