What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire the Krewe
- Champion our Ruby culture by modeling gracious hospitality, teamwork, and positivity.
- Coach, develop, and empower Krewe members at all levels to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure we build and retain top talent.
- Ensure every guest is welcomed, cared for, and sent off with a smile — even on the busiest brunch days.
- Resolve guest concerns with grace, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve.
- Manage daily operations with attention to detail, urgency, and consistency.
- Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are always upheld.
- Oversee cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and labor management.
- Drive sales through great hospitality, strong table touches, and attention to pace and flow.
- Assist in implementing new menu rollouts, marketing initiatives, and Krewe engagement programs.
- Help create an inclusive, supportive workplace where the Krewe feels valued and proud to belong.
- Promote Ruby’s values — gracious experiences, brunch with heart, and service that feels like home.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years’ restaurant management and proficiency in the front and heart of the house.
- A passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable moments.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume brunch environment.
- Commitment to operational excellence, safety, and brand standards.
- A team-first mindset with the ability to jump in wherever needed (yes, even flipping a pancake).
