Ruby & Clover is growing, and we're looking for our next Guest Experience Specialist!
This role is perfect for someone who lights up around people, has a natural sales instinct, and wants to be the driving force behind our front desk and client experience. Turning every guest interaction into a chance to recommend the right service or product.
The role at a glance:
- Greet and connect with guests to create a welcoming, memorable visit
- Actively sell services and boutique products through personalized recommendations
- Support rebooking, follow-ups, and client retention to keep guests coming back
- Manage our online boutique orders and help grow digital sales
- Assist with front desk operations. Checkout, scheduling, questions, etc
- Collaborate with our Brand Strategist on promotions and events
- Keep our space organized, inviting, and on-brand
- Pitch in on social media and marketing when needed
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best
- A confident, natural salesperson who isn't afraid to recommend a product or upsell a service
- A strong communicator with sharp interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a great critical thinker
- Experienced in customer service, sales, or beauty (a plus)
The details: Rochester, MI — in-person. 30 hours per week. $16–$18/hour plus quarterly bonuses tied to sales performance. 401K eligibility, salon and boutique discounts. Some evenings/weekends required for events.
