What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant/ Receptionist position at Rubino Family Chiropractic?
We are looking for a part time/fulltime receptionist/ chiropractic assistant! We are located at 326 Boston Post Road in Orange, CT. This position has the potential to grow into an Office Manager.
Hours are firm and a MUST for employment.
Monday 7:15-11:30am and 2:15-7:00pm
Tuesday 2:15-7:30pm
Wednesday 7:15-11:30am and 2:15-6:30pm
Thursday 2:15-7:30pm
Friday 7:15-1:00pm
We are looking for a cheerful and computer proficient multi-tasker. MUST be an outgoing and friendly SOCIAL BUTTERFLY.
Must be high energy and love interacting with people! We need a party planner personality! We are bringing a very high level of service to our patients!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls, Appointment scheduling, Internal marketing events ie. patient appreciation week. Verify insurance eligibility of patients, obtaining necessary authorizations, Perform general clerical functions, Assist the doctor in aspects of patient care ie. consultations, posture evaluations and nerve scans if/when needed, Advise patients of their financial responsibility, Assist with general light cleaning and disinfection, Perform other duties or other assignments when asked.
