The Chiropractic Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients visiting the chiropractic office. This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment, managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to support chiropractic staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patient and create a welcoming environment
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patients inquiries
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Coordinate with Dr and staff to ensure smooth operations
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and faxing
Qualifications:
High School diploma, additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with computer
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Hours:
Monday, half day Tuesday, Wednesday, Off Thursdays and half day Fridays
In office training
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
