Position Overview
Rubicon Talent is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Client Services to support a roster of high-profile athlete and creator clients. This is a multi-faceted role that works cross-functionally across all divisions of the company, including client management, social & digital media marketing, project management, and logistical support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about sports and talent representation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Representation
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned talent clients, supporting account leads
- Oversee and manage client schedules, deliverables, and logistics for ongoing partnerships
- Support long-term brand positioning and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service
Brand Partnerships & Marketing
- Assist in fulfilling marketing partnerships and endorsement opportunities with talent
- Collaborate on the development of pitch materials, proposals, and client decks
- Contribute to social media strategy, marketing materials, and overall brand development for clients
Sales & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Help prepare outbound materials and presentations for prospective brand partners
- Track partnership deliverables and assist in deal management processes
Events & Activation
- Coordinate and support client appearances, events, and brand activations
- Oversee logistics and ensure seamless execution of partnerships and experiential opportunities
Operations & Administration
- Assist with contracting and internal documentation for talent partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams on invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with partnership terms
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in talent representation, sports marketing, account management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Based in the New York area with the ability to commute daily to the Manhattan office
- Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment marketing landscape
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
