Role Description
Rubicon Staffing is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for an on-site position in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves delivering patient-centered care, performing comprehensive clinical assessments, and administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. The Registered Nurse will also coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and emotional support to both patients and their families. Strict adherence to healthcare regulations, protocols, and safety standards is expected in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical problem-solving.
- Knowledge of medication administration and familiarity with medical technologies and equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and professionally document patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to educate patients and families effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and privacy.
- Prior hospital or clinical experience is preferred but not required.
