What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Rubber-Cal?
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager that will take the initiative in any situation. Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring office and warehouse supplies and working with the Warehouse Manager to order supplies when necessary.
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the offices, warehouses, and company vehicles clean, safe, and ensure it’s appliances are in good working order
- Inputting data into our Fed-Ex System, and other computer related tasks.
- Working with product information and/or order information.
- Working within our CRM-ERP system NetSuite, as well as various back-ends of online storefronts.
- Other tasks could involve other administrative-type tasks, as we are a small firm, and employees are expected to wear multiple “hats”.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience performing a supervisory position, including managing/performing receiving, stocking, order pulling, shipping duties, as well as day to day operations.
- Able to commute to our Fountain Valley and Santa Ana locations in-person, full time.
- Must be comfortable in a warehouse and office setting.
- Must be highly motivated, energetic and pay very close attention to details.
- Must be responsible and reliable to open or close any warehouse location.
- Maintain a professional attitude with all employees, customers, vendors and visitors.
- Clean driving record.
