What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Ruan?
- The Recruiting Coordinator will work with Driver Recruiter(s) and be the first point of contact for current and potential drivers. As part of a fast-paced Driver Recruiting team, they will support our day-to-day recruiting operations. They will provide administrative and telephone support to include tier one hiring inquiries, general questions, obtain employment verifications, prescreen applicants, and perform administrative duties for the recruiting area. They will gather pertinent information and keep appropriate parties advised of the status while communicating effectively during the process.

- Process and review employment verifications for driver applicants.
- Provide excellent customer experience when answering hotline calls. Facilitate escalation and completion of high-priority tasks.
- Attend and participate in hiring calls for each operation supported.
- Assist Driver Recruiters in running initial reports, attempting contacts, and providing backup support as needed. Create and maintain accurate records and documentation in Tenstreet.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
