What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate IT Support Specialist position at Ruan Transportation Management Systems?
This position works on site at the Ruan Center in downtown Des Moines!
Assess and troubleshoot basic support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications. Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT issues. Fulfill IT requests.
- Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
- Perform technical cross-training with team members.
- Perform other specialized tasks in relation to established career development plans.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalen work experience.
Type of Experience: customer service experience or relevant IT certifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
