Your Responsibilities
· Timely Service Execution: Perform service, maintenance, and emergency repairs with precision, ensuring prompt arrivals and efficient completion to meet client schedules and expectations.
· Exceptional Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients while on-site, providing clear verbal and written updates on job progress, service recommendations, and completion details to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
· Work Order Accuracy: Document visit summaries thoroughly, capturing job scope, materials used, and detailed notes to support seamless invoicing and reporting.
· Collaboration for Efficiency: Work closely with service coordinators, other technicians, and management to optimize workflows, share insights, and maintain high operational standards.
· Proactive Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges, urgent repair needs, and customer concerns with professionalism, quick thinking, and a focus on delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
· Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair notes, parts used, and client interactions, ensuring all data is complete for operational and billing purposes.
What You Bring
- Technical Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and/or repair, with a proven track record in a fast-paced service environment.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, explain technical details clearly, and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Organized and Efficient: Exceptional ability to manage service tasks, prioritize workloads, and document work accurately to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, BuildOps, or similar HVAC service software for logging service details and accessing job information.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service, resolving client concerns, and building lasting relationships through professional interactions.
- Adaptable Problem-Solver: Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues, adapt to challenging situations, and deliver solutions under pressure.
