Principal Responsibilities and Authority

This role plays a key part in supporting that commitment by performing a variety of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment helpful but not required, we are willing to train. We are interested in bringing in team players who are reliable, energized, and willing to help us improve and continually raise the bar in performance and efficiency.
Primary Job Functions:
- Efficiently, with quality as a priority, load, unload, and process work orders for material and orders both arriving and departing.
- Organize, manage, and document stock inventory between multiple internal and external locations
- Pull, pack, and label customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and within specific timeframes.
Secondary Job Functions:
- Assist in material handling, inventory cycle counts, and weekly inventory controls.
- Transport material around the plant to achieve manufacturing needs.
Commitment to Safety
Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and follow all safety related work practices creating a safe and stable working environment.
Commitment to ISO System
Demonstrate an understanding of the company's Quality Policy Statement and follow ISO procedures and documentation.
Knowledge and Skills
This position requires an ability to communicate well both verbally and via email. Experience operating a forklift, heavy equipment, and box truck is a plus. The ability to operate, navigate, and use a Windows based computer along with software, and internal systems reporting is essential.
Education and Specific Training
High School Graduate. Former military and veterans encouraged to apply.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
