Job Description
For over 30 years, RTR Financial Services, Inc. has partnered with hospitals, physician groups, and government agencies to resolve outstanding accounts. Our Customer Service team plays a vital role in helping patients and responsible parties understand their balances and find fair solutions.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle 50 calls per day through inbound lines and an auto-dialer
- Assist patients and responsible parties by explaining balances, answering questions, and resolving disputes
- De-escalate situations with empathy and professionalism
- Set up payment arrangements and process payments accurately
- Document all correspondence clearly and thoroughly in our system
- Use multiple websites and internal tools to research and resolve accounts
Compensation & Benefits
