The Facility Maintenance Technician Lead provides daily work directions to Facility Maintenance Technicians under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. The Facility Maintenance Technician Lead is responsible for ensuring all safety policies, quality management systems, and departmental practices are followed.
Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities
- Provides daily work direction to facility maintenance technicians
- Ensures maintenance work is completed correctly and is a timely manner
- Mentors and trains facility maintenance technicians
- Completes more complex repairs, preventative maintenance, and trouble shoots issues on all facility related equipment.
- Coordinates planned work to maximize maintenance efficiencies
- Provides back-up department leadership when Maintenance Manger is unavailable
- Ensures maintenance employees always follow safety protocols
- Assist in implementation of facility improvement projects
