What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at RSU #74?
RSU 74 is seeking the employment of (2) Maintenance Persons:
The successful candidate will work on Buildings and Grounds for the RSU 74 school district. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/equivalent or greater, training/work experience in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, heating systems, electrical, or carpentry. Compensation will depend on certifications held. This candidate must have the ability to work independently on various projects and repairs on facilities as needed and have good communication skills and proficiency with computers. A valid Maine Driver’s license is required with a clean driving record. Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and climb ladders. Ability to operate tractors and light equipment for ground maintenance.
