What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Weekend Supervisor position at RSP Senior Living - Cedar Pointe?
As a weekend RN supervisor, your primary responsibilities are to help manage staff during each weekend shift. In this role, you will oversee nursing care at our facility on the weekend, manage a schedule and work to cover open shifts, ensure nurses provide all patient care they are expected to deliver, and otherwise monitor the operations of your designated area. You may also work as an expert reference for newer employees and help train recent hires, demonstrate nursing techniques, and resolve complex logistical, organizational, or medical problems. RN supervisors will conduct rounds with physicians as needed, check the well-being of patients, perform narcotic reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift, and complete other tasks as needed. Job description can be adjusted at any time by the Admin or DON of the facility.
