Help Desk experience is a requirement, as is possessing technical skills (Windows environment) and being able to communicate effectively. Communication skills include understanding the problem, troubleshooting and explaining the solution. A customer-oriented personality demonstrating patience with users while, at the same time, working with a sense of urgency will be keys to success.
&
What You'll Do:&
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Perform necessary and appropriate troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Image/Re-image machines as necessary
- Be available to work overtime when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned.&

What We're Looking For:&
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of Windows business environments automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.&
