CNC Operator/Programmer Job Description
Job Overview
This position is responsible for programming and operating functions, including managing processes and materials, and producing quality parts in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, including table routing, and possess a strong understanding of tooling principles. Knowledge of multi-cam, alpha-cam, and punch press a plus. Competitive salary and benefits package, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work overtime when required.
- Be knowledgeable of software and equipment.
- Be a quick learner.
- Be well versed in CNC terminology and concepts (speeds & feeds, etc.).
- Able to use shop tools and operate a forklift.

Operation includes:
- CNC Multicam Router
- CNC Euromac Punch Press
- CNC Linear Elumatec Mill
Requirements:
- · Minimum 5 Years CAD/CAM Experience
- · Must be a self-starter, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- · Must have a positive attitude, and be able to effectively work in a team.
- · Sheet metal and glazing fabrication experience a plus.
- · Must be able to safely operate a variety of material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
- · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis, and stand for extended periods of time.
- · Must be reliable and drug free.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
