Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health
South Bay, CA | Full-Time | Field-Based
We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a high-performing home health team serving patients across the South Bay Area This is a field-based role where you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering meaningful, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Support patients with communication, breathing, and feeding challenges
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team and case managers
- Educate patients and families while advocating for the best outcomes

What you’ll need:
- Active California SLP license (unrestricted)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Home health experience preferred (not essential)

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 bonus potential
