RSC2 is currently looking for a Program Manager (Senior) to join our growing team in Hanover, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with the assigned Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), maintaining continuous communication and coordination.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and task orders to support and lead daily operational activities.
- Directly manage and oversee the performance of on-site personnel, ensuring alignment with program requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct requirements analysis, develop project plans, estimate costs, and monitor deliverable progress and quality.
- Track and report financial and schedule data, ensuring budget adherence and forecasting needs.
- Supervise and provide guidance to project team members to achieve goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, metrics, and briefings to senior stakeholders and Government representatives.
- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
- Education: MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university.
- Degree Preferred In: Business, Accounting, Program Management, Operations Management, Engineering
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or
- DAWIA Program Management Certification in Program Management
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years managing Government programs.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role directly managing and leading teams.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Requirements analysis
- Project costing
- Tracking deliverables
- Monitoring financial and schedule performance
- Leading mixed Contractor/Government teams
