Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the best window solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to help customers make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Generate and close new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Stay current on products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
- Roofing sales experience is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
- Experience selling roofing, gutters, windows, doors, storm restoration, or other exterior home improvement products is a major advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction or home improvement is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
