As a Marketing Representative, you’ll help increase awareness of America’s Windows by connecting with homeowners throughout local neighborhoods and communities.

You’ll introduce homeowners to our company, educate them about our complimentary in-home consultation program, and create positive first impressions that reflect our commitment to professionalism and customer service.

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, communications, and customer engagement while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Represent America’s Windows professionally throughout assigned neighborhoods and communities.
• Meet and engage with homeowners in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
• Introduce homeowners to America’s Windows and our complimentary in-home consultation program.
• Schedule qualified homeowner appointments using company tools and processes.
• Build strong relationships while creating a positive experience for every homeowner you meet.
• Accurately record appointment information and daily activity.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Help strengthen brand awareness throughout Southwest Florida.
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company’s values in every interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in Southwest Florida
• Reliable transportation preferred

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Weekend hours may be available or required based on scheduling

This position is based out of our Estero, Florida office and serves communities throughout Southwest Florida.
