KBP is looking for a forward-thinking and collaborative Manager – Workday HCM to join our HR Technology team at KBP Brands. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the future of our HR systems by leading the configuration, optimization, and strategic use of Workday HCM modules. You’ll partner across HR, IT, and Finance to drive automation, data integrity, and a seamless employee experience. What You'll Do: Serve as the Workday HCM subject matter expert across multiple modules. Configure, test, and optimize Workday features to meet business needs Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday HCM Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and system adoption. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance on Workday releases and new functionality Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. Document system changes and manage enhancement requests. Train HR team members and promote a self-service culture across the organization. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or Business. 5 years of Workday HCM experience in a post-implementation or administrative role. Strong Knowledge of Workday architecture and core HCM modules.
