What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Attorney position at RS Law LLP?
RS Law LLP (formerly Regnante Sterio LLP) seeks an experienced estate planning attorney to support and grow our busy estate planning practice. Practice areas include advanced estate planning, probate administration, trust and estate administration as well as gift and estate tax return preparation.
A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience required;
LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.
Portable billings and a desire to network and develop cross-referral opportunities for the other attorneys in the firm preferred. Future partnership opportunity for the right person.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Full benefits. Class A suburban office park. Hybrid working model available for the right candidate. Compensation package between $120,000 and $150,000.
