A small, well-established real estate & estate planning law firm in Waltham, MA is seeking Attorneys with experience in estate planning law to join our busy and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in estate planning but experience in the areas of elder law; advanced estate planning/irrevocable trusts; trust administration/estate settlement; fiduciary tax matters; and/or probate administration are a plus. This position is for one who thrives in a supportive, professional, and family-friendly work environment.
Position Overview: We are interested in meeting with very experienced, partner-level attorneys looking to make a move and we are also interested in meeting with attorneys in growth mode, trying to increase their business. We are looking for motivated/hard-working, detail-oriented attorneys who have been practicing in the estate planning field for several years. This position will be located in Waltham but we offer the ability to work from home. There is a very strong opportunity for referrals from within our firm.
Requirements:
- Must have experience and strong knowledge working as a practicing estate planning attorney
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional and team-oriented demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
