AI Digital Innovation Specialist

Idaho Falls, Idaho in-office position

RS&I is seeking a forward-thinking AI & Digital Innovation Specialist to help drive the company's technology initiatives through artificial intelligence, automation, digital systems, and process improvement.

This position will work across multiple departments to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, support business growth, and enhance the experience of our employees, dealers, and customers.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, learning emerging technologies, and building practical solutions that make a measurable impact.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve business operations.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using APIs and modern integration tools.
• Support and optimize CRM systems, business applications, and digital platforms.
• Develop internal dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations.
• Manage server-hosted business applications and digital resources.
• Improve AI search visibility, search engine performance, and digital discoverability.
• Assist with data integrations between internal business systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT on technology initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical business applications.
• Document systems, workflows, and technical processes.

Desired Qualifications

Candidates should possess experience in several of the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence platforms and Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
• Business automation and workflow design
• API integrations
• CRM administration
• Digital infrastructure and hosted business applications
• Database concepts and data management
• HTML, CSS, and scripting fundamentals
• Version control systems (Git or similar)
• Cloud-based business platforms
• Data analytics and reporting
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Support and enhance customer-facing digital experiences and internal business applications.
• Understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, domain management, and server-hosted business applications.
