Responsibilities
- Pick and select products accurately according to customer orders.
- Operate an electric pallet jack.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
- Build and organize pallets safely and efficiently.
- Work safely in a cold and wet warehouse environment.
- Maintain awareness of surrounding employees, equipment, and inventory.
- Follow all safety and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience required.
- General warehouse experience may be considered with training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually.
- Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per day.
- Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions.
- Reliable attendance history.
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jack required.
- Stand-up reach truck experience preferred.
- Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates should be able to develop toward a production rate of approximately 80–100 pieces per hour within the first several weeks.
- Previous high-volume order selecting experience is strongly preferred.
- Sunday–Friday
- Saturday off plus one additional weekday off
- Start time: 5:30 PM
- Typical shift: approximately 9–10 hours
- Minimum of 8 hours required
