Recruiter (Bilingual in Spanish)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team in Purchase, NY. This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role where you’ll play a critical part in sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll support the full-cycle onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening:

• Screen resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess qualifications

• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings

Interview Coordination & Candidate Communication:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth experience

• Provide timely feedback to candidates not selected for roles

Pre-Hire Processes:

• Process background checks, DMV checks, and drug screenings

• Schedule DOT physicals and ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements

Onboarding Support:

• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics

• Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire

• Support the Recruiting Manger and HR Team.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure adherence to company policies and hiring regulations

• Assist with reporting and documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or administrative roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

• Familiarity with background screening, drug testing, and onboarding processes

• Experience using an ATS or HRIS a plus

• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish -required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
