Position Overvie
wRREAF Holdings is seeking an Asset Manager to support the performance of its hospitality and extended‑stay hotel portfolio. This role is structured for a driven asset manager who thrives in a high‑ownership, hands‑on environment
.This is not a pure financial modeling position. While the Asset Manager will maintain strong analytical fundamentals, the role’s focus is on operational oversight, property‑level performance drivers, revenue management, and collaboration with third‑party operators to maximize NOI and asset value
.The Asset Manager will work closely with Greg Perry and Brad Busby, at later stages, with the CIO and CEO supporting both day‑to‑day asset performance and strategic hold/sell and capital planning decisions
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Oversee the performance of a portfolio of extended‑stay and hotel/resort assets, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and NOI target
- s.Partner closely with property management teams on operations, revenue strategy, cost controls, labor management, and guest‑experience metric
- s.Interpret weekly/monthly performance data, diagnose variances, and develop actionable plans to address underperformanc
- e.Conduct property visits to assess operations, maintenance, staffing, and brand standard
- s.Review property‑level financials, operating statements, budgets, and forecast
- s.Support scenario analyses, hold/sell evaluations, refinancing opportunities, and investment committee material
- s.Contribute to annual budget planning and quarterly reporting for senior leadership and capital partner
- s.Assist with underwriting and due diligence for new hospitality acquisitions as neede
- d.Collaborate on capital projects, PIPs, and renovation strategies to enhance asset valu
- e.Provide ROI analysis and track implementation progress with on‑site teams and vendor
