RRC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager for utility scale solar, wind, power delivery and BESS engineering projects. You will be involved in the development and construction engineering phases of the project from initiation through close-out. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out of complex projects. The successful candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and possess the ability to successfully navigate through and resolve complex and multi-functional challenges associated with large projects.

- Provide strategic leadership for large and complex renewable energy projects
- Responsible for the overall management of the project scope, schedule, and cost
- Accountable for key project decision making
- Lead the project team coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation
- Responsible for leading project meetings
- Point person for contract negotiation and management
- Accountable to develop, update, and manage the project plan
- Coordinate communication and provides status updates to stakeholders as required
- Assess project risk and proactively develop mitigation plans
- Proactively manage project requests for information and action items
- Work collaboratively with the Project Controls team to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan
- Responsible for leading projects through all internal and external processes
- Proficient in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implementation of recommendations to support project scope, schedule, and cost
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Consistently produces results that meet goals, has high work standards, and understands the business environment and processes
- Achieves results by problem solving, setting priorities, and organization

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred
- 5 or more years of utility and/or renewable project management experience is preferred
- Experience with grid scale renewable energy projects preferred
- Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrate the ability to be organized and work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities
- Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
- Ability to read and understand construction and procurement contracts
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict negotiation/resolution and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- PMP Certification Preferred
- Must be able to travel to project sites as required
- Ensure adherence to Safety policies
- Ensure adherence to clients Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs
- Report, track, and resolve non-conformance issues in coordination with QA/QC
- Must have permanent work authorization for the US
