RR Electric Heating & Air has been serving California for over 30 years, and right now we are blowing up. Demand is high, the board is full, and we are building a strong Electrical Division to keep up.
We’re looking for a skilled, well-rounded Electrician who can run service calls, troubleshoot, and drive revenue through quality work and strong recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running residential service calls daily
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing clear solutions
- Recommending necessary upgrades, repairs, or replacements to customers
- Panel upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting
- Full and partial home rewires
- Installing outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures
- Delivering clean, code-compliant work
- Supporting HVAC installs when electrical is needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong residential electrical experience (not entry-level)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending solutions
- Ability to run jobs independently and manage your time
- Electrical license is a big plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Pride in workmanship and professionalism

- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoors
