Electrician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
• Work on construction sites or renovation projects involving high voltage and low voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols outlined by the NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate framing carpentry and other related tasks necessary for electrical installations.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports and maintenance logs.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to electrical work to prevent accidents or hazards on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and low/high voltage systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects involving electrical installations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
• Knowledge of NEC standards and safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage wiring.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
