Job Description
Maintain proper inventory levels throughout the production cycle of the organization's
product. Pull or replenish inventory to satisfy organization needs. Ensure shipment and
delivery time schedules are maintained.
Essential Job Functions
Pull and replenish inventory and production supplies for various departments to meet
production requirements
Process P-Card, Standard PO and Blanket requisitions using the Eforms, Ariba, SAP
and WebReq tool
Enter POE helpdesk tickets as needed using Smartsheets
Perform manual and clerical duties related to receipt of materials and supplies via
freight or third-party LTL carriers
Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies. Work with production staff to perform
periodic review of inventory stock, recording quantity, type and value of materials on
hand
Maintain RRD parts inventory system within Microsoft Access
Investigate price increases by vendors and have items quoted and transfer to
alternative vendor if necessary
Assist purchasing/account and indirect procurement with blanket requisitions, tax
exemption requests, W-9 requests, invoice discrepancies, blocked invoice
reconciliation, vendor Ariba account issues, CVMS requests to add vendors
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of experience.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate
effectively across departments when completing assignments.
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and
prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
Must be able to communicate and interact with variety of internal/external
customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues.
Additional Information
**CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT**
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.50 - $31.00 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
