Job Description

• Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures.
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests.
• Responsible for maintaining department files.
• May assist with production planning and special projects.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace suite, Google Sheets & Google Docs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Advance knowledge of general administrative and manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes key to successfully executing and completing the more progressive/complex duties of the job.
• Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.45 - $22.61 / hour.  The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
