RQ Films is a film and creative studio producing cinematic brand films, commercials, and original content. The studio has an established foundation including a website, pitch decks, reels, video advertising, social presence, and brand assets. Production is supported by trained interns and a growing creative team.
Creative direction, production systems, and execution are already in place. We are now seeking the right partner to lead client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships.
This is a partner-level Executive Producer role, not a freelance sales position.
The Executive Producer is responsible for driving revenue by securing monthly retainer clients and select one-off projects such as commercials, branded content, and original campaigns. This role owns sales, deal structuring, and client relationships end to end.
You will collaborate on positioning and strategy, but operate independently when it comes to outreach, pitching, and closing. Once contracts are signed and deposits are secured, the Creative Director leads creative execution and production. You remain the primary relationship owner for the client.
This role requires full-time availability and consistent weekly commitment.

- Secure one-off projects including commercials and branded content
- Bring in at least one new retainer client per month
- Own client relationships from first contact through long-term retention

- Increases to 20 percent after six months
- Increases to a maximum of 30 percent after one year based on performance and consistency
- Equity starts at 15 percent with the opportunity to increase up to 30 percent
- Equity reflects ownership in the full studio, including inbound clients, referrals, other partners, and future hires
- Revenue share and equity increases are performance-based, tied to consistent client acquisition, retained revenue, reliability, and long-term contribution to the growth of the studio
- Initial three-month trial period
